Acceptance
By using What's Your Theme Song?, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Discover service
The current service recommends an existing released song based on the choices you provide. Results are for entertainment and discovery. They may not fit every user, and service availability can change.
Third-party music
Song titles, artist names, artwork, metadata, and music-service links refer to works and services owned by third parties. We do not claim ownership of those recordings, provide lyrics, or grant a license to copy, synchronize, redistribute, or commercially exploit them.
WYTS Entrance Cue
The short instrumental score that can play at Reveal is original WYTS audio. It is a branded entrance cue, not the matched song, the artist's recording, an imitation of an artist, or a promise of licensed catalog playback.
Subscriptions and original music
The current release is free and does not offer ThemeSong+, in-app purchases, original generated themes, or song credits. Any later paid or generated-content feature requires updated terms, accurate store disclosures, and applicable content rights before it is enabled.
Optional voice transcription
Voice recording is not enabled in this release. You may use the optional written check-in and must not submit sensitive, unlawful, or infringing material.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, evade limits, interfere with other users, submit unlawful or harmful material, probe credentials, or misrepresent a discovered recording as original content created by the app.
Accounts and public shares
You are responsible for your account activity and for results you intentionally publish. An exact-result link is accessible to anyone who receives it until it expires or is revoked; it must not contain private or sensitive information.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
