Acceptance

By using What's Your Theme Song?, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What's Your Theme Song is a digital service sold by Brandon Carl Narron, sole proprietor, North Carolina.

What's Your Theme Song? is the product name; it does not identify a separate corporation or LLC.

Discover service

The current service recommends an existing released song based on the choices you provide. Results are for entertainment and discovery. They may not fit every user, and service availability can change.

Third-party music

Song titles, artist names, artwork, metadata, and music-service links refer to works and services owned by third parties. We do not claim ownership of those recordings, provide lyrics, or grant a license to copy, synchronize, redistribute, or commercially exploit them.

WYTS Entrance Cue

The short instrumental score that can play at Reveal is original WYTS audio. It is a branded entrance cue, not the matched song, the artist's recording, an imitation of an artist, or a promise of licensed catalog playback.

ThemeSong+ Discover monthly offer

Free access remains available. A paid offer is available only where an authorized checkout is enabled; these terms do not announce a public paid launch. A checkout marked SANDBOX is a test and does not collect a real payment.

Where offered, ThemeSong+ Discover costs USD $4.99 per month plus applicable tax, with no free trial. It automatically renews monthly until canceled. Checkout displays the final total before payment.

This monthly offer provides five Discover reveals per UTC calendar day while the subscription is active. The allowance resets at 00:00 UTC, not your local midnight, and unused reveals do not roll over. A pending reveal reserves one slot; a failed reveal returns that slot. Request-rate and service-protection limits still apply.

This offer does not include paid Create, premium cues or visuals, annual subscriptions, native in-app purchases, music downloads, streaming rights, or unlimited use. Existing customers retain the rights of their purchased product; the monthly Discover offer does not replace those rights.

Manage or cancel your subscription in Account subscriptions, including when new sales are disabled. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges. Cancellation normally retains access through the paid-through date; a refund, revocation, or failed renewal can change access according to the billing provider's current subscription state. For billing or refund assistance, contact support@whatsyourthemesong.com. Cancellation is not itself a refund, and these terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

Optional voice transcription

Voice recording is not enabled in this release. You may use the optional written check-in and must not submit sensitive, unlawful, or infringing material.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, evade limits, interfere with other users, submit unlawful or harmful material, probe credentials, or misrepresent a discovered recording as original content created by the app.

Accounts and public shares

You are responsible for your account activity and for results you intentionally publish. An exact-result link is accessible to anyone who receives it until it expires or is revoked; it must not contain private or sensitive information.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
