The Service
We provide AI-powered personal soundtrack generation based on your mood, preferences, and story arc selections. Theme suggestions are generated algorithmically and are not guaranteed to match any specific copyrighted work.
Subscriptions
Free accounts have limited daily theme generations. Premium subscriptions (ThemeSong+) unlock additional features. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Refunds are handled per our refund policy.
Content & Copyright
Theme titles, narratives, and cue descriptions generated by the app are created for your personal use. Music catalog suggestions reference third-party works and are provided for discovery purposes only. We do not claim ownership of any third-party music.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent generated content as licensed music, or to abuse the platform in any way.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.
